Waiver, Media Consent & No-Refund Policy By registering, I accept all risks of participating in Levels Futsal events and release Levels Futsal and its staff from any claims. I also allow photos/videos of my child and/or me to be used for social media, website, and promotions. I understand that all payments for Levels Futsal programs are non-refundable.
