Congratulations on being selected for the first ever 2022 Levels Futsal Academy Team. This is a great opportunity to train at an elite level and compete against some of the best futsal teams in the nation. We are sure you will do an outstanding job giving your best on the court. 

Academy Team Information

• Cost : Levels Futsal Academy Team Fee $475.00

• Start: Second Week of April

• Total Sessions: 10 sessions (twice a month for 5 months)

• Session Duration: 1 Hour

• Training Location: Indoor & Outdoor Court. (Location will vary)

• Training Schedule to be determined.
